9 years ago, as a Marketing Director at an advertising agency, I struggled to make ends meet and even experienced a dangerous incident from exhaustion. My wife and I hardly spent time together, and I was constantly overworked. After launching my own agency and initially struggling, I focused solely on web design and branding. Day after day, I built websites, consumed educational content, expanded my team and developed efficient systems.
Everything changed when I could run a web design operation from my living room.
